Find A Future is a collaborative effort to increase
awareness of resources and services available to consumers,
parents, families and school personnel concerning issues of
transition and related services for children and adults with
disabilities.
At present, there are 2 levels of participation.
Level #1: No Cost to you. Your organization's
name, address and telephone number will be listed.
Level #2: Cost: $50 First year and only $25 for
every year of re-submission. Your organization's listing
will be a complete "on-line" brochure. This includes detail
contact information, pictures, map & location of service
site(s), direct e-mail and hyper-link to your existing web
site (if available). We also can provide you with data from
our "Web Stats," a daily, weekly and monthly report on the
tracking of the Find A Future web site and, in particular,
your "on-line" brochure site. For personalizing your site

The process is simple. You can simply fill out the form by
