Find A Future is an online database of providers, agencies and organizations that offer programs and services to person with disabilities and their families. When you register on our secure site, you will find a list of resources specific to your special needs and the web site will grow with your child's age and needs. 

Find A Future is a collaborative effort of the following organizations to increase awareness of resources and services available to consumers, parents, families and school personnel concerning issues of transition and related services for children and adults with disabilities.

• Some services listed on this site may have waiting lists; therefore, it is a good idea to ask about admission policies, procedures, and waiting periods.
• Participation on the Find A Future website does not constitute an endorsement of organizations and/or programs.

As a group of parents, we have developed a logical way of searching for services. However, we would love your feedback and encourage any input from you via the help page. You may also search by key words and phrases through the help page.
